4. Payment Terms

Training Courses

• Payment is required before course commencement
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Refunds are available up to 7 days before course start date

Development Services

• Custom development projects require a 50% deposit before work begins
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Additional work beyond original scope will be billed separately

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, website content, and proprietary methodologies are the intellectual property of 100x Ventures OÜ. Students and clients may not redistribute or resell our content without explicit written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

100x Ventures OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
